Refund policy

• You have 3 days from the time you receive your order to return your item for a refund or an exchange. 
• While we check for authenticity, if for any reason you have a verified issue with authenticity, it must be reported within 5 days to receive a refund.
• Free returns are available for US customers/addresses ONLY.
• Only one (1) return label per order will be honored. 
• Returns can take up to 10 business days to process after the package has been received by us.
• During holidays, processing of returns/credits/exchanges may take longer.
• Luxury sample sale items are not eligible for returns. (These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable).
• If your package was shipped in a poly bag, please reuse your shipping bag, it was made for it. Additionally, the postage reflected in the return label assumes the same shipping bag will be used. Substituting a box may require additional postage.
